Rose Parade spectators begin lining streets of Pasadena despite rain and cold temps

Spectators began to line the streets of Pasadena early Wednesday in hopes of getting a good spot for the Rose Parade on Thursday morning, despite cold weather and rain on New Year's Eve. Jeff Nguyen reports.
