Residents living near Chiquita Canyon landfill up in arms about foul odor impacting way of life
The South Coast Air Quality Management District met on Wednesday to address an array of complaints about the Chiquita Canyon Landfill, which has been the subject of concern for residents living near the area due to an extremely foul odor that they say is impacting their quality of life.
