Reseda man pleads guilty to federal charges of selling narcotic

Reseda man Julio Ernesto Lopez-Menendez, 27, pleaded guilty to federal charges of selling 17 pounds of meth and 89 firearms, 53 of which were said to be "ghost guns." He faces a maximum sentence of life in federal prison.
