'Reimagine LA County' rally calls for redistributing funds
A coalition called "Reimagine LA County" is calling for the redistribution of public funds for everything from law enforcement to social services, calling for a less punitive and more rehabilitative approach when allocating $900 million approved by voters in 2020 for community services and alternatives to incarceration.
