Pasadena family being tormented by man who says he has their missing dog

Lauren Pozen reports from Pasadena, where a family is pleading for the safe return of their beloved Rottweiler named Rocco, who has been missing since February. Since his disappearance, the family says they've been tormented by a man who says he has the dog and is harassing them daily.
