Parents charged with child endangerment in Garden Grove teen electric motorcycle death
The parents of a 13-year-old boy who died after he lost control while riding his electric motorcycle in Garden Grove earlier this year have both been charged with child endangerment, the Office of the District Attorney of Orange County announced. Jasmine Viel reports.
