Orange County judge pleads not guilty to murder charge
OC Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Ferguson pleaded not guilty to a murder charge alleging he fatally shot his wife during an argument in their Anaheim Hills home. Ferguson, 72, who was initially jailed on $1 million bail, remains free on bond.
