Metro launches ambassador program amid rise in violent crime
Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority celebrated the official launch of its Metro Ambassador Pilot Program Monday, deploying nearly 300 ambassadors throughout the Metro bus and rail system. Laurie Perez reports.
