LAPD officer shoots and kills man allegedly armed with a pruning pole
The incident occurred at 9:54 a.m. in the 600 block of Gillette Street in Boyle Heights after reports came in of a man armed with a pipe, which was later revealed to be a pruning pole. Hunter Sowards reports.
