LA County says it's prepared for any flood concerns as warmer storms approach
Los Angeles County said their flood control infrastructure is ready to handle more storm runoff even as a lot of snow melts. However, parts of northern California could be in trouble even in the higher elevations where homes and businesses are being strained under the weight of all this snow. Tom Wait reports.
