LA County Medal of Valor awarded to Captain Malcolm Dicks for bravery in Palisades Fire
Los Angeles County Fire Department Captain Malcolm Dicks was awarded the LA County Medal of Valor on Sunday for his bravery in the midst of the Palisades Fire, when he rushed into the flames to save a woman whose car had gotten stuck on a large rock as she fled.
