Homeless man pleads not guilty to starting fire at Victory Baptist Church in South LA
23-year-old unhoused man Carlos Diaz has pleaded not guilty to starting the fire that destroyed a church and injured three firefighters in South Los Angeles on Sept. 11. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
