Heavy rain continues to douse Inland Empire as second front moves through Southland
A steady downpour was expected to shower most of Southern California Monday evening and heading into Tuesday as it moved East through the state. Nicole Comstock was on hand in Fontana where the effects of the pouring rain could be felt everywhere.
