Groundbreaking ceremony for Piazza Miramare in San Pedro
Crews broke ground on the soon to be Piazza Miramare in San Pedro on Thursday, designed to pay homage to the first Italians to become Angelenos. Rina Nakano reports on the event, which will turn an under-utilized plot of city land into a plaza to celebrate Italian culture.
