Gov. Newsom orders parole board risk assessment into Menendez brothers

Gov. Gavin Newsom has ordered the state parole board to complete a report assessing the risk the Menendez brothers could pose to public safety if released, an initial step in a possible path toward clemency and freedom from prison.
