Federal investigators locate teen being held for ransom in Santa Maria
A 17-year-old boy being held for ransom in the Inland Empire was safely located by federal investigators on Friday, days after his abduction was caught on camera. Three people were arrested for the incident and now face a maximum sentence of life in prison.
