Family of Orange County woman allegedly shot and killed by off-duty deputy speak at court
The suspect was scheduled to appear in court today for a preliminary hearing, but the hearing was continued. The sister of the victim, Brittany Shaw, spoke out, saying that being shot nine times is not an accidental shooting.
