Drought drives up price of Christmas trees

The American Christmas Tree Association says you can expect to pay up to 25 percent more for a tree this year. The main reason is drought: Trees did not grow fast enough to be ready for this Christmas season. Trees are also extra dry this year and could be more prone to fire.
