City officials working to curb illegal firework usage with anonymous buyback program
Kara Finnstrom reports on a buyback program hosted by the City of Los Angeles, LAPD and LAFD as they look to award citizens who turn over illegal fireworks with gift cards, as they continue to preach safety and to avoid using fireworks for a multitude of safety reasons, including the record-breaking drought affecting the area.
