CHP pursuit turns into search for grand theft suspects in West Covina
CHP officers are searching for a grand theft suspect who bailed from a pursuit through the San Gabriel Valley on foot early Wednesday evening, fleeing into backyards in a West Covina neighborhood. At least two people have already been detained during the search.
