CHP officers team up at Plaza West Covina for CHiPs for Kids toy drive
Just a few of the many California Highway Patrol officers partaking in this year's CHiPs for Kids festivities were on hand at the Plaza West Covina on Friday, teaming up to help take in the dozens of toys being donated to those in need.
