CHP officers clean I-5 Freeway in unusual fashion after boxes of toilet paper fall from truck
California Highway Patrol officers could be seen cleaning the I-5 Freeway in an unusual fashion on Monday, picking up hundreds of rolls of toilet paper that scattered forth from several boxes that fell from the back of a truck.
