Ballot measure would increase LA sales tax to fund fire department
Measure FD would add a .5% sales tax on purchases in the city of Los Angeles. Supporters say the money would go directly to the LA Fire Dept. Opponents say another tax is not the answer and want city leaders to find the money in the current budget. CBS LA's Lauren Pozen breaks down Measure FD.
