Baby delivered during lengthy power outage at Boyle Heights hospital
White Memorial Hospital was evacuated of most of its 240 patients on Tuesday due to a lengthy power outage. One woman, prepared to deliver her baby, instead decided to give birth via flashlight. Jeff Nguyen Reports.
