Authorities identify suspect arrested, charged for fatally stabbing 84-year-old Whittier man
Authorities have identified the suspect who fatally stabbed an 84-year-old Whittier man in late-August as 25-year-old Kaszey Noel Encarnacion, of La Habra. He has been charged with multiple counts, including murder, and is being held on $3 million bail.
