Loved ones gathered at a memorial in Victorville for Deputy Hector Cuevas Jr. Wednesday morning, set up at the site of the crash that killed him while authorities say he was in pursuit of stolen vehicle suspect Ryan Dwayne Turner Jr., who is expected to face criminal charges.
