Allegedly armed man fatally shot by police outside The Home Depot in Burbank
Police say that the suspect had called and said that he was armed and intended to start shooting people in the parking lot outside of The Home Depot on Saturday afternoon. After he took "aggressive actions" towards officers, they opened fire. Lauren Pozen reports.
