$20k reward offered for information on murder of Pasadena teen in Nov. 2021
A $20,000 reward has been renewed as authorities continue to investigate the death of Iran Balvaneda, a 13-year-old Pasadena teenager, who was fatally shot when a bullet flew through his window while he was playing video games.
