XXX Star Jenna Jameson Pleads Guilty To Drunk Driving Charge

WESTMINSTER (CBS) — Porn star Jenna Jameson pleaded guilty Thursday to drunken driving charges stemming from a May 25 fender-bender in Westminster.

Jameson was sentenced to three years of informal probation, ordered to pay $340 in fines, enroll in a DUI first-offender program and participate in a Mothers Against Drunk Driving "victims' impact panel."

Jameson, whose legal name is Jenna Marie Massoli, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors. A misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid driver's license was dismissed.

Jameson's attorney, John Marshall Kremer, entered the plea for his 38- year-old client, who did not appear.

Authorities said Jameson's blood-alcohol level was 0.13 percent -- the legal limit is .08 -- after crashing a white Range Rover into a light pole.

"Ms. Jameson sincerely regrets and apologizes for the events giving rise to her arrest and conviction in this case and is thankful that no one was injured in the May 25th incident," Kremer said. "She wishes to commend the Westminster Police Department and the Orange County District Attorney's Office for their professionalism throughout the duration of her case."

The XXX star recently endorsed Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney by saying, "When you're rich, you want a Republican in office."

In February, Romney signed an anti-porn pledge.
