Where To Dine on National Eggs Benedict Day

April 16 is the day designated to celebrate this breakfast menu staple. Most restaurants with breakfast service offer the traditional recipe - bread, ham or bacon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. But some chefs get creative and offer up a more imaginative version.
