This year, restaurants and bars across Los Angeles are pulling out all the stops for Cinco De Mayo. With inventive drinks from top mixologists, Cinco De Mayo will be anything but boring. As a holiday often and affectionately referred to as Cinco de Drinko, Cinco de Mayo is one of the best times to get out and see what fun drinks the city has to offer. We've done the legwork, and rounded up a few of the tastiest and most inventive cocktails in honor of the day.

The tequila and mezcal collection at West L.A.'s neat is extensive, and with such top shelf options, it's no wonder their El Diablo Ocho reins supreme. The drink uses all the best parts of a margarita without the sticky taste of a processed mix. It combines a light blend of tequila with lime, ginger, and cassis, for a refreshing taste that lingers in a good way.

A burger bar might not seem like the most festive place to spend Cinco de Mayo, but it's the place to go if you want to celebrate like a king with a majestic margarita goblet. A 7 ounce Coronita Beer is dunked into the frozen margarita, made with gold tequila, fresh citrus juices, and house-made triple sec. Arrive during happy hour (3:00pm - 6:30pm) and enjoy it for just $5. The El Segundo location will also be serving the drink.

The Pepino Diablo is one of the restaurant's featured Cinco de Mayo drinks, made with Cazadores Blanco Tequila, freshly muddled cucumbers and jalapenos, lime juice, and organic agave. The Wallace in Culver City is going all out for Cinco de Mayo and offering a handful of festive libations. Along with their takes on margaritas and Micheladas, the restaurant is offering a Bloody Maria. The twist on the original uses tequila instead of traditional vodka, and is made with The Wallace's own housemade Bloody Mary Mix.

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, Umami Burger is offering a margarita drink exclusively created for the restaurant. Rande's Spicy Margarita gets its spice from muddled serrano peppers, and is made with Casamigos Blanco, fresh lime and orange juice, and house-made simple syrup. A pomegranate liqueur infusion topped with Xicaru Mezcal, Cointreau foam, and thinly sliced serrano pepper top the spicy sweet drink. All 11 locations will be serving up the drink, and a dollar of each sale will go to the American Family Children's Hospital.
