Although the month is drawing to a close, there is still plenty of time to dine out and raise money for the research and awareness of breast cancer. These LA restaurants all feature their own special menu offerings, yet the lofty cause is the same: saving precious lives.
Hungry Howie's Pizza
Hungry Howie's is serving up their tasty pizzas in a pink National Breast Cancer Foundation pizza box for the fifth year in a row. Their "Love, Hope & Pizza" campaign is seeking to raise one million dollars towards a cure. For every pizza that is purchased, every time a story is shared online with the hashtag #LOVEHOPEPIZZA, and for anyone who joins their Facebook fan page, they'll donate money towards a great cause. Stop in at one of their two LA area locations and help make a difference!
Capriotti's Sandwich Shop
To show their awareness, Capriotti's shops are featuring their signature sandwich, the Bobbie which comes with roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing and mayo on a freshly baked roll. As part of its "Save the Bobbies" campaign, seven of the ten locations are donating $.25 per sandwich to the National Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.
