TMZ: Justin Bieber Suspected In Alleged Egg-Hurling Incident At Neighbor's Home

CALABASAS (CBSLA.com) — Pop sensation Justin Bieber is considered to be a suspect in a felony vandalism investigation Friday after allegedly throwing eggs at his neighbor's house in Calabasas, according to a report.

The incident allegedly occurred at around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday night when a resident of The Oaks of Calabasas gated community reported seeing Bieber hurling eggs at the front door of his home, TMZ.com reported.

A video released by TMZ appeared to show Bieber and the unidentified resident yelling back and forth at one another for a few seconds until the neighbor apparently instructed his daughter to call the police.

TMZ executive producer Harvey Levin told KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO that damage to the home's courtyard, plaster and shutters was expected to exceed $400, which could mean Bieber may end up facing more than a misdemeanor charge.

"I will be stunned if Justin Bieber is not charged with a crime in this one," Levin said.

Bieber and the neighbor have had run-ins in the past, but it was unclear what triggered this latest incident, according to Levin.

A request for comment from Bieber's representatives was not immediately returned to TMZ.
