Sun City Woman, 41, Killed After Being Struck By Car In Menifee

MENIFEE (CBS) — A 41-year-old woman was killed when she was struck by a car while walking in Menifee, the coroner's office reported Saturday.

Crystal Stevens, a Sun City resident, was walking on McCall Road near Sherman Road in Menifee at about 11:40 p.m. Thursday night when she was hit by a sedan, according to the coroner.

She was taken to Inland Valley Regional Medical Center in Murrieta where she was pronounced dead at 2:16 p.m. on Friday, the coroner said.
