Student Dies After Jumping Off The Roof Of La Canada High School
LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE (CBSLA.com) — A teenage boy died Friday after he reportedly jumped off the roof of the library at La Canada High School.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. on the campus located at Oak Grove Drive.
The student was pronounced dead 15 minutes later.
"All indications are that he jumped," said Lt. Brian Fitch of the Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station.
The unidentified victim died of apparent head injuries, according to Fitch.
The investigation is ongoing.
