Simi Valley Councilman Arrested For DUI
EL SEGUNDO (CBSLA.com) — A Simi Valley city councilman Monday was facing charges of driving under the influence, officials said.
Steven T. Sojka was arrested in the early morning hours of March 12 on a misdemeanor DUI charge, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.
The 49-year-old is currently free on $5,000 bail and is due in court on June 17.
Sojka has been a member of the Simi Valley City Council since 1998.
