San Jacinto Man, 33, Wanted For Alleged Child Molestation Nabbed In Riverside

SAN JACINTO (CBS) — A man suspected of continuous sexual abuse against a minor in San Jacinto was behind bars Saturday because investigators tracked him down in Riverside, according to a sheriff's department spokesman.

Michael Matthew Mroczko, 33, was arrested Friday for suspicion of several sexually related crimes with a minor under 14 years old. He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, where he was held in lieu of $1 million bail, jail records showed.

Mroczko allegedly abused the victim over a seven-month period in 2010 while staying at a residence in the 400 block of North Scovell Avenue in San Jacinto, the spokesman said.
