49-Year-Old Granada Hills Man Arrested In Connection To Fatal Hit-And-Run Friday Night In Burbank

BURBANK (CBSLA) — Police have arrested a 49-year-old Jesse Molina, of Granada Hills, in connection to a fatal hit-and-run at the intersection of San Fernando Boulevard and Grinnell Drive.

According to police, the collision involved an adult female pedestrian and occurred around 9:30 p.m. Paramedics attempted life-saving measures but the pedestrian died at the scene. Police have yet to identify the victim.

There are reports that the driver arrested in this collision may have been involved in another, earlier crash.

The area around San Fernando Boulevard between Burbank Boulevard and Cypress Avenue was closed while police investigated. It is unknown if speed was a factor in the crash.
