The accused -- identified as 34-year-old Ryan McKnight and 40 year-old Robert Chavira -- were arrested on Nov. 9.
They are believed to have used sledge hammers to smash jewelry cases between August and October in San Diego, Costa Mesa, Palm Desert and San Jose.
The watches turned up at a Park West apartment, according to authorities.
The two parolees are also suspected in a September heist at Fashion Valley mall and a November armed robbery where $70,000 were stolen from the Barona Casino.
