Irate pursuit suspect rips off shirt while surrendering to police in Orange County
The Orange Police Department is in pursuit of an assault suspect in South Orange County.
The suspect led officers onto the southbound 5 Freeway to San Clemente before pulling over next to the center divide. He got out of the car and started shouting at the pursuing officers before taking off his shirt.
Police quickly tackled the man and arrested him in the middle of the freeway.
