Police Investigate Officer-Involved Shooting In Long Beach
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Long Beach police Thursday were investigating an officer-involved shooting.
Police were contacted around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday by paramedics who were assisting an intoxicated man who was acting violently int he 4600 block of East 15th Street.
When officers approached him, an incident took place and one officer opened fire.
The man was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
No officers were injured.
