Police Descend Upon Silver Lake After Shooting Report
SILVER LAKE (CBSLA.com) — An investigation is underway in Silver Lake after a man in his 60s was reported to have been shot.
Police said the incident in the 700 block of North Vendone Street was reported around 6 p.m. Thursday.
According to KCAL9's Stu Mundel, the victim was taken to a hospital. His condition was not known.
Police said three to four suspects reportedly ran from the scene.
Aerial footage showed a large police presence in the area.
No further information was available.
