Police Credited For Busting Prolific Tagging Suspect In Chino Hills
CHINO HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Police on Sunday nabbed an alleged tagger they said caused graffiti and vandalism in many places around Chino Hills.
Authorities were called to the area of Rolling Ridge Drive and Valle Vista Drive Sunday around 10:30 a.m. for a report of a recent tagging with the suspect possibly in the area.
During the area check, deputies located blue colored graffiti from blue paint located on fences, cinder block walls, city maintenance boxes and a box truck vehicle.
A suspect who matched the description of the alleged tagger was contacted nearby on the 15000 block of Valle Vista Drive.
Officials later identified the alleged tagger as Bryan Hernandez, 18, a Chino Hills resident.
Hernandez was booked at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga for felony vandalism.
Officials say Hernandez can be linked to numerous acts of graffiti vandalism in the city of Chino Hills.
