No One Injured When BBs Fired At School Bus After Football Game

ARLETA (CBSLA.com) — Police were investigating reports of a shooting Friday at Arleta High School, where shots from a BB gun were believed to have been fired at a school bus after a homecoming football game, authorities said.

Officers were called about 9:15 p.m. to the high school in the 14200 block of Van Nuys Boulevard, the Los Angeles Police Department said.

The bus was struck, and though students were on the bus at the time, no one was injured, the LAPD reported.

The school held its homecoming game against Cesar Chavez High School on Friday night.
