Newport's Bayside Restaurant Offers Late Night Jazz Every Friday

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Enjoy "All that Jazz" and more on Fridays at the Bayside Restaurant in Newport Beach!

Kristen Hinman stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to talk about the live music event every Friday, which also features a late night menu from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Each Friday, Ron Kobayashi and his trio of musicians are regulars at All That Jazz and musicians are encouraged to jump in for a jam session. At times, there have been anywhere from six to eight musicians jamming together.

In addition to live music performed in a lounge setting, Executive Chef Paul Gstrein has crafted a late night supper menu featuring items such as:

-Angus Beef Burger

-Lobster salad bruschetta

-Tomato Burrata Mozzarella

-Olive Medley

-Roasted Red Beets

A wide range of premium domestic and imported beers, 34 wines by the glass, and hand-crafted cocktails are also available.
