Missing 'Terminator 3' Actor Was Reportedly In Child Custody Battle

LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) — "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" actor Nick Stahl remained missing Thursday.

Police Officer Cleon Joseph confirms a missing persons report was filed this week and the 32-year-old actor hasn't been found. Stahl's wife last saw the actor on May 9, according to the Los Angeles Times.

People magazine reports the couple has been embroiled in a child custody fight. According to TMZ, Stahl's wife filed court papers in February, expressing concerns that the actor may be using drugs. He was reportedly seen recently along the Skid Row section of downtown Los Angeles.

Stahl was a child star who first got attention of his performance in the 1993 film "The Man Without a Face."

As an adult, he appeared in the 2003-2005 HBO series "Carnivale'" and in 2003's "Terminator 3" as John Connor. He also starred in "Mirrors 2" in 2010.
