Man Shot During Attempted Robbery In Santa Ana Park
SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — A 40-something man was shot in the chest during an attempted robbery in Santa Ana Monday night.
Two men in black clothing, described to be in their late teens or early 20s, allegedly tried to rob the victim and another man around 5:30 p.m. in Memorial Park, said Santa Ana police Cmdr. Pete Semelsberger.
The victim was transported to the hospital.
The suspects remain at large.
It's unknown if the incident was gang-related.
