Man Pleads Not Guilty To Killing LA Girl, 2 Others

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man accused of killing a Hollywood woman has pleaded not guilty to shooting three other people, including her husband and 8-year-old daughter.

City News Service says Alberd Tersargsyan entered pleas Wednesday in Los Angeles to three counts of murder with special circumstances. Prosecutors haven't decided whether to seek the death penalty.

A district attorney's office spokeswoman said she did not know whether Tersargsyan had an attorney.

Authorities claim that Tersargsyan killed Khachik Safaryan in 2008 because he was infatuated with the man's wife, and that he killed the man's daughter at the same time. He's also accused of killing a prostitute this year.

Tersargsyan previously pleaded not guilty to killing Safaryan's wife, who was shot in her car. Authorities claim that Tersargsyan killed her in March after she rejected his advances.
