Man, 23, Faces Charges For Fatal DUI Crash
FULLERTON, Calif. (CBS) — A 23-year-old man accused of killing his girlfriend in a drunk driving accident was in court Tuesday for arraignment.
Authorities said Justin Drake lost control of his vehicle at a curve in the road and struck a tree and a retaining wall.
His female passenger, Kelly Pham, died from her injuries sustained in the collision.
Investigators said Drake's blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.
