Man, 21, Arrested After Allegedly Living On Top Of Refrigerators At Simi Valley Pharmacy
SIMI VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — A 21-year-old man remained in custody Friday after he was arrested for allegedly living at a Pavilions Pharmacy in Simi Valley.
Police responded to a possible burglary call around 10 p.m. Thursday at the store at 2938 Tapo Canyon Road.
They located Tristan Odegard-Brown, who had remnants of drywall and ceiling tile on his clothing, officers said.
After an investigation, police found a large hole in the roof of the pharmacy, where it appeared Odegard-Brown would enter and live on top of refrigeration units inside the store, according to authorities.
He was booked on charges of commercial burglary, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
